Aluminum solder paste for welding 1.Product Description
1. Appearance: silver-gray paste, occasional sedimentation during storage and transportation, please stir well before use;

2. Main components:
Aluminum solder : aluminum-silicon powder
Aluminum flux : non-corrosive FA-A aluminum flux
Adhesive: main of it evaporates at approx.200ºC

3 Weldable base metal: 1 series, 3 series, 4 series, and other aluminum alloys;

4. Physical and chemical properties:
Boiling point: about 200°C
Odor: Odorless or faintly mellow
Melting point: (AISi10/12) 577-GOO°C
(The recommended working temperature range of Xuan Welding is 580-620°C);

2.Application:
1. This product is widely used in occasions where additional aluminum fiber material is required, such as when the aluminum workpiece assembly gap is too large or the welding level is welded during the aluminum welding process.
Parts with insufficient material; can replace part of the brazing operation with selenium ring and selenium paste;
2) The advantage of this product is that it is easy to use, easy to operate, and can be used by brushing evenly;

3.Storage and Safekeeping:
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. If there is any leftover after opening, please seal the well and place it in a cool, dry place.
When not in use, seal it to prevent the adhesive in it from volatilizing and deteriorating, and store it in a cool and dry place. The storage temperature is -10 ~ 40°C.
